PUBLIC WORKSHOPS: CONCEPTUAL RESTORATION PLAN

The Los Cerritos Wetlands Authority will hold six public workshops about the Conceptual Restoration Plan design for the Los Cerritos Wetlands.The first of six workshops was held on Thursday November 10. The public is welcome to attend the workshops to learn and share in the exciting process toward restoring the Los Cerritos Wetlands.

Events (Activities)
- Coming Events: Contains a schedule of activities at the Los Cerritos Wetlands through the end of 2011. The four monthly activities are: Land Tours, Trash Cleanups, Habitat Restoration, and Birdwalks.
- Past Special Events:
  - Celebration of the acquisition of a 100 acre property.
  - Award of a grant of $25,000 to the Los Cerritos Wetlands Land Trust.
  - Certificates of appreciation to four interns with the Wetlands Stewardship Program.
